We currently offer delivery all over Pakistan, including major cities and many remote areas through our courier partners.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • You may receive a confirmation message or call to verify your order before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Any special free-shipping promotion will be subject to the terms mentioned in that promotion.

5. Cash on Delivery

Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be confirmed before dispatch. Please provide an active phone number so our team or courier can contact you.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • City/area

Ehsan Wear is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to track the shipment.

In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can generally be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
